- Order - find banner or flag products by using the search bar or browse the menu. Choose the options which suits you and add them to your cart. You may upload your own artwork for each product when you order. If you need us to design the banner / flag for you, please follow the instruction in this design service page. Here are the links to two popular kitsets, teardrop banners kitsets and feather banners kitsets.
- Payment - two payment options are available when you check out your cart. Either pay by credit/debit cards or use the bank deposit option. We use the "Stripe" platform for the card payment so the transactions are all highly encrypted and very safe.
- Design - if you provide your own artwork, you should upload them via product pages when ordering. For example, for teadrop banners kitsets, you may use the "Upload file" button on the page. You'll have to zip it if you have more than one file to upload. If you would like us to help you on design, please add the $19 simple flag / banner design service to your cart and upload all necessary files through that page.
- Confirm - normally you will receive our first version design in 12 hours after you order the design service. We will not proceed your banner / flag order until the design is confirmed by you via email. For your own uploaded artwork, we will check if it meets our minimum requirements and will send you an email within around 2 hours for the confirmation before printing.
- Processing - No more changes are permitted once the artwork is confirmed. Normally it will take 3 - 6 working days to complete your custom flags / banners order. If there is any deadline we have to meet, please let us know in advance.
- Delivery - once the order is completed, we will post it to you as soon as possible. You will receive our notification email and the tracking number.
