1. How does the urgent service work?

For any urgent custom teardrop or feather banner order, we will post all hardware on the same day you make the order and then send the banners directly to you from our factory in New Zealand via DHL express courier service. This reduces the turnaround time to 2-3 working days.

The service is not always available. Please email us teardropbannerflags@gmail.com, or call us at 03 9028 2969 to check if it is available before ordering.

2. How much does the urgent service cost?

Please note that the more banners/flags your order, the less the extra cost of each flag we charge. You must select the MOQ(minimum of quantity) which is equal to your teardrop or feather banner quantity.

Design Tips for Better Results

• Use large, bold fonts and high-contrast colours so advertising flags are readable from 10–20 m.
• Prefer vector logos; export PDF/X-1a or high-res PDF from Canva; avoid neon RGB greens that dull in CMYK.
• Keep critical text away from the sleeve/curve; allow bleed per template; mirror-reverse is normal for single-sided.
• For double-sided custom feather flags and teardrop banners, we add a blockout layer for clean two-sided prints.
