Return to Base Warranty
Teardropbannerflags.com.au warrants that all banners, flags, and accessories conform to product specifications. If defects in material or workmanship occur, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, subject to the following exclusions:
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear from outdoor exposure.
- Damage caused by extreme weather or natural disasters.
- Misuse, neglect, improper installation, or modifications.
- Accidents, fire, water damage, or power surges.
- Errors in provided artwork not corrected before printing.
- Cancellation of custom orders after placement.
Returns Process
Notify us in writing within five working days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We may reprint, repair, or replace the product at our discretion.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
