Yes. If your order is urgent, you are welcome to arrange collection of your completed flags or banners from our Leichhardt location.

Can I inspect the quality before ordering?

Yes. You are welcome to inspect our product quality before placing an order. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time.

Can I visit your office to create a design with your team?

We do not offer a sit-down, while-you-wait design service.

The most efficient process is to email us your logo, wording, preferred colours and a rough layout or an example of the style you like. You can also explore our gallery for design inspiration. You can even use AI such as ChatGPT to create your own teardrop banner designs. Please read our convert an AI mockup into a print-ready teardrop banner design guide before you do so.

Our design team can then turn your ideas into a professional, print-ready design for your teardrop flag or feather flag. We will send you a digital mock-up for approval before production begins.
