Our thick fabric custom banners use 230gsm polyknit outdoor fabric which is double of thickness in comparison to the standard fabric. The banners are often used in some projects of high standard requirements. Due to the thickness, the printing can only be viewed from one side.
The fabric is quite durable and ideal for hanging against fences or walls. But the fabric is not designed for high wind zones. Please click here for our fence wrap mesh banners instead.

Design Tips for Better Results
- Use large, bold fonts and high-contrast colours so advertising flags are readable from 10–20 m.
- Prefer vector logos; export PDF/X-1a or high-res PDF from Canva; avoid neon RGB greens that dull in CMYK.
- Keep critical text away from the sleeve/curve; allow bleed per template; mirror-reverse is normal for single-sided.
